PICKLING OF INOX STEEL
TURBO Z – Pickling paste High quality paste for pickling welds and heated areas on stainless steel and acid-resistant steel. The product does not contain hydrochloric acid and chlorides. Colourless, very tacky, ready for use.
Advantages:
Application method: Shake a container before use to obtain uniform consistency. Apply with an acid resistant brush on a (degreased) weld. During the pickling process, do not allow the gel to be dried if exposed to sunlight or other sources of heat. When the pickling process is completed, rinse thoroughly the surface with plenty of cold water under the pressure of ca. 150 bar. TURBO Z paste is intended for removing welding discolourations, rolling scale, embedded iron, etc. because such impurities significantly reduce corrosion resistance. It dissolves foreign particles on stainless steel that have appeared during mechanical and/or thermal processing such as bending, setting, cutting and welding. These may be iron particles and oxides/hydroxides of iron, nickel oxides, etc. The applied product makes the pickled areas clean, light and dull. Packaging: 2 kg, cardboard box 6x2 kg + 6 brushes Contact time: 10 min. – 45 min.
PROCAP PRO - Pickling Spray pickling gel for 304/316 steel. PROCAP PRO spray gel can be effectively used for floating objects (large surfaces, multi-component etc.) instead of pickling bath.

PROCAP AV - Pickling Spray pickling gel for austenitic steel (e.g. duplex and super duplex steel). PROCAP AV spray gel can be effectively used for floating objects (large surfaces, multi-component etc.) instead of pickling bath.

PROCAP HMP - Pickling Spray pickling gel for stainless steel equipment made of planished sheet or bright polish sheet of type 2B. PROCAP HMP spray gel provides pickling of welds or heated areas and final degreasing of surfaces made of austenitic stainless steel or glossy/cold-rolled steel. PROCAP HMP has practically no influence on the equipment gloss. Capacity 1 kg = 3-5 m2 It is recommended to read the MSDS and follow industrial safety provision prior to the application of PROCAP HMP. PROCAP INOX - Pickling bath Pickling bath composed of a mixture of strong acids, intended for pickling stainless steel in the immersing bath. Removes thermal discolorations, intercrystalline stresses and rust (ferrite) residues.
Application method: PROCAP INOX is a concentrated mixture for filling up an empty bath, refilling or intensifying the effect of the pickling bath already in use. The applied product makes the article surface uniform, dull and bleached. Packaging: 20 L, 200 L, 1000 L Application method: bath, circulation Contact time: 30 min. - 2h
PROCIV 603 - Bath - Pickling / degreasing / deoxidation Strongly acidic liquid intended for the intensive pickling process, composed of a mixture of strong acids and surfactants, intended for pickling stainless steel in immersing baths. Removes thermal discolorations, intercrystalline stresses and rust (ferrite) residues.
Pour an adequate amount of water into the previously prepared bath made from PE or PP, then carefully add the product (mixing proportions: 50/50). The articles put into the bath should be degreased, which impacts the pot life of the bath and the final aesthetic appearance of the treated articles. When the pickling process is completed, rinse thoroughly the surface with plenty of cold water under the pressure of ca. 150 bar.
PROCIV 603 provides quick one-stage and single-bath cleaning of surfaces that are mostly covered with oxides and stubborn dirt (3 processes in 1 stage). The applied product makes the article surface uniform, dull and bleached. Packaging: 20 L, 1000 L Application method: bath, circulation, liquid spray Contact time: 15 min. – 2 h
PROCAP 51 - Pickling / degreasing / deoxidation Acidic liquid, slightly foaming, slightly coloured, composed of a mixture of strong acids and surfactants, intended for degreasing, strong deoxidation and slight pickling of austenitic stainless steel, martensitic steel and ferritic steel. An ideal product when strong pickling is not required. Shake a container before use. The product is applied on a surface with an acid-resistant hand or pneumatic pump. During the pickling process, do not allow the product to be dried if exposed to sunlight or other sources of heat. When the pickling process is completed, rinse thoroughly the surface with plenty of cold water under the pressure of ca. 150 bar.
